The Shield Of Zeus Pin Radiates fear and protects it’s master from enemies. In Ancient Greek Mythology, it was a shield commonly carried into battle by Zeus. The shield is adorned with a greek key border, and the head of Gorgon (Medusa) flanked by serpents. Enemies in battle knew better than to stare directly into the eyes of Gorgon, or they would turn to stone. It is said that when Zeus would shake the shield, clouds would cover Mount Ida and men would cower in fear.
